I was not in control.

As soon as we returned to my house, Cam and Blaze ushered me up the stairs, urging me to shower, rest, sleep, whatever I wanted to do, and forbidding me from coming back down for at least sixty minutes.

This seemed like a hazardous agreement, but I did need a shower, and if they burned down my house in the meantime…that would be on par with today, honestly, so whatever.
